This coastal vibe luxury loft is located on a hill overlooking the Caribbean Sea with views from every room. The unit features 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 Queen Beds in one room and 1 King Bed in the second room. Enjoy secluded outdoor lounge areas on each level and a spacious main level living area. Perfect place to relax after each day's adventures. Please note, the loft space may not be suitable for young children and toddlers.

Other Details to Note

Our community has a backup generator which is great when the island has power issues!! The unit comes with plenty of stuff to help you explore the islands! Beach chairs, beach towels and coolers. Even a few snorkel masks! Pickleball set to enjoy the on-site courts. The kitchen has all the necessities for cooking and dining such as wine glasses, bowls, cooking pans, baking sheets, even a slow cooker. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Roku streaming to relax after each day’s adventure!

Our home is in Bolongo Bay which is perfectly situated central to many activities on the island! We are conveniently located 7 min from Red Hook, about 15 min from Charlotte Amalie, about 8 min from Secret Harbor and the lovely Sunset Grille. And walking distance to Mims Seafood and Bolongo Bay Resort.

Guest Access

Enjoy our quiet community with resort like amenities including 3 pools, pickleball, tennis courts, walk to beach and 3 restaurants. There is a private parking space that comes with the condo and guest parking is also available. It's a short walk to the beach, pools, and 3 restaurants including the famous Iggie's Beach Bar. We strongly recommend renting a car to get around the island but taxi and car services are also available. Ask Danette for her local trusted contacts. We are proud to be a part of a green community with sustainable landscaping using native plants and to match the natural island aesthetic. Enjoy the gardens and beauty as you walk around the property.

We so enjoyed staying at Danette’s condo! GREAT views, clean, comfy, beautifullly decorated! It has everything you need if you want to stay in or if you want to go out and explore. Danette was super responsive and had great suggestions for things to do and see!

The place was as described. It was clean & smelled fresh on arrival. Comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. Appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels provided. The view from the outdoor balconies is fantastic for sunsets, watching ships, and relaxing/listening to the waves. The bedroom with 2 queens is essentially a loft with a pocket door to hallway & privacy shade above the half wall - fine for our situation but doesn't prevent sound from travelling to/from living area - just noting for privacy considerations. Convenient each bedroom had an ensuite and there was a 1/2 bath on the main level. We visited 2 of 3 pools available. Pool overlooking ocean esp nice to see/hear ocean. We thought location was good/central. Made several trips to Red Hook (15ish min) for restaurants/bars and ferry to St. John. Renting a car (used Dexter) was a must for us due to where we wanted to visit, number of trips, & flexibility. Very quiet area - note for coming back from dinner if late

Danette's place was exactly as described, very clean, lovely accommodations and perfect amount of space for the four of us. We loved the privacy and the views for days! I could sit on the balcony and watch the boats forever. My husband loves all of the small notes in the property to explain what switches did what. Very nice to have as well as small reminders. We also did a sports fishing trip and had an amazing time. We all caught fish and the time on the water was magnificent. I could eat beef pates on the daily, nice food truck at Brewers Bay by the airport, we went twice. The Shack at Hull Bay is a must for the mahi mahi bites and cocktails. The beach is very private and mostly locals, everyone is very friendly. The pools at the property were never busy and we took advantage of the alone time.

Danette’s place was wonderful! The view is outstanding and it is very quiet and cozy. There was rarely anyone at the two pools close to the condo. The beds are comfortable and she had everything we needed in the kitchen. We used the beach towels and chairs she supplied. Our 15 year old son slept on the pull out couch and he said it was comfortable. We loved it!
